And this letter should concern all that read it.
This is my personal testimony, which was not solicited by any party’s mentioned.
I am a 52 year old woman who has now bought and sold 15 properties over the years, from PEI to BC. Over the years, I have had and seen it all, from the good to bad and then the despicable.
This is the first time I have ever written about my experience, but because it was so extraordinary, I felt it warranted it.
Before we decided whom we would list with, we went out to a number of open houses and saw how the different agents conducted themselves. Of all the properties we viewed, Scott Warren’s was the one that stood out from the rest. He had more signage, information, knowledge of property and support.
That very evening we decided to call Scott and ask him for a non committal property assessment. Scott answered the call; it didn’t just go to voice mail. He came over to our home that night after putting in such a heavy day. He was punctual, professional and gave us a good feeling about his ability to market our home, without being pushy or arrogant.
Before signing with Scott, I gave him a list of 18 requests that he should do for us before we would sign, Scott agreed to them all. We signed with Scott late Sunday night and gave him one week to sell our home at an inflated price.
Scott did just that and then some, our place sold in one week for thousands more then our asking price. This meant that his services were free and still thousands extra for us.
This isn’t the end of our story as Scott’s service and commitment to us had just begun. We were welcomed to use Scott’s truck to move things and on more than one occasion. We would call him almost at the last moment requesting the use of his truck and he would drop everything to bring us the keys. Not only was this at no cost to us, but he didn’t even want us to fuel it up. He never questioned us as to how long we needed it or where we would be taking it. On one occasion we didn’t even think we could return it and he had no problem with us keeping it over night.
Scott Warren is truly a man of his word and made this transaction the best in my life. In essence, from day one, Scott always worked for us, not himself or the market.
